 Shipping:
◆All goods could be shipped by UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT or EMS. The buyers should prepay the freight before shipment, and the goods will be deliver to the buyer’s appointed destination.
◆Shipments are usually effected within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the buyer’s payment. Business days are Monday –Saturday. If an order would take more than 3 business days due to out of stock situation or some other reasons the buyers will be informed in time about the situation.
◆Order will normally be arrived within 3-5days after shipment.

 Warranty:
◆ Our standard warranty on all goods is at least 60days. Some special products may have different warranty terms and conditions. The warranty period begins on the date when goods is delivered by the shipping company.
◆The warranty will not cover Physical damages like dropping, exposing to liquids, cracks, Damages caused environmental conditions like temperature or humidity .Damages caused by acts of god or war like fires, floods, etc.; Damages caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
 Insurance:
Our shipping charge excludes insurances. Please kindly contact us for the cost of insurance.
 Returns:
◆We are committed to your satisfaction. Within the warranty period, items can be returned for replacement or repair.
◆ For all returns you will need to contact us to get an authorization number. Be advised that numbers and specific RMA(Return Material Authorization) information are issued by email only. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be accepted.
◆ Please have the following information available when requesting RMA request: the reference code and Qty of the order. All return material must be marked with our company logo. Those without our company logo will not be accepted.
◆ Please be noted that all malfunction return goods must be shipped back to us in intact shape.
◆We will send QC report of defect to the buyer within 3 days after receiving return goods. Detail situation will be explained to the buyers.
 Compensation：
1. We would inform the accurate shipping weight before shipment. Please kindly confirm the weight at the moment you receive it. If the weight is differed from what we offer, please kindly tell us at once. We will negotiate with you how to compensate according to shipping company policy.
2. If there are any damages occur on transportation. Problems will be solved thought negotiation.
3. Any shortages must be reported at once on receipt of the goods, meanwhile please leave the package sealed. You may do this by phone or Email. We will negotiate with you how to compensate according to shipping company policy.
